We were approached by a young couple stepping into their first home together, dreamed of creating a cozy yet stylish living space. They found their answer in Onyx. As soon as it was delivered, they knew it was the perfect centrepiece for their new living room. Onyx isn’t just about looks; it’s designed to be the ideal blend of luxury and comfort. The rich grey fabric adds visual depth and texture while feeling incredibly soft and inviting. The client was inspired by the aesthetic of couches from the 50’s that had these gathered fabric sections at the bottom and wanted us to replicate it. The sleek, modern lines of the two-seater and the versatile ottoman create a harmonious ensemble that enhances both the function and aesthetics of their home.
The ottoman is a standout feature, offering versatility that was quickly embraced. Whether used as an extra seat for guests, a comfortable footrest for movie nights, or a stylish coffee table with a tray, the ottoman fits seamlessly into their lifestyle.
We recommended completing the look with the addition of accent pieces in complementary shades of sage and blue. These colours harmonize beautifully with the rich grey of Onyx, creating a serene and balanced atmosphere.
